Brock Industries LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We provide consulting services, training, publications, and digital products related to IBM Maximo and maintenance operations management.
We sell digital products including but not limited to KPI Deep Dive guides, companion guides, and practitioner tools. These products are delivered electronically as PDF files or through third-party platforms such as Reliability Marketplace.
Consulting engagements and training services are scoped and priced on a per-engagement basis. Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules for consulting and training work will be documented in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement agreement between you and Brock Industries LLC.
Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer for consulting or training services. Published information about services describes our general capabilities and areas of expertise.
All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of digital guides and downloadable content are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once the download link has been delivered.
